AREA MANAGER Oversees the operations of the business including profit and loss management. Manages area's assets by preparing forecasts, analyzing financial reports and recognizing trends. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, assessing performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Develops the skills of their store managers through coaching, mentoring, influencing and leading by example. Conducts Standard of Operations store visits every quarter at each store. Controls inventory by performing monthly status reviews for each store. Ensures compliance with audit preparation at each store. Determines operational needs of the area and develops/implements processes to continuously grow the area. Applies consistent execution of company policies and procedures. Responds to inquiries or complaints from customers, area Associates, upper management, corporate office and regulatory agencies or members of the business community. STORE MANAGER Manages the daily business by conducting transactions, conducting audits, reviewing all files for accuracy and completeness, conducting initial default calls and net default management. Understands and recognizes store business needs, profit and loss, and how to grow store revenue. Works with the Area Manager to set goals that will drive the business. Reviews and interprets reports and recommends opportunities for improvement. Conducts the recruiting, interviewing and selection process to build a successful store team with the appropriate ratio of full-time/part-time Associates. Schedules Associates and purchases office supplies. Trains and ensures proficiency of store Associates in transactions, customer service, and Company policy and procedure. Conducts associate performance evaluations, performance development conversations, disciplinary action and terminations as needed. Maintains appropriate store presentation. Opens, closes and secures the store. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Processes loans and extensions, and maintains loan files. Files adverse action notices and posts return item payments. Reconciles ACH loans. Contacts customers to generate new and repeat business. Maintains point-of-sale (POS) materials and ensures sufficient stock of supplies. Assists in audit activities.
